Revolution PreTeen Ministry is for 5th & 6th grade students. We believe that PreTeens need encouragement and Biblical instruction specific to issues they face at their age. We use interactive, hands-on teaching to help PreTeens grasp that they have value and an identity in Christ. Through all the physical, emotional and mental changes occurring in their lives, none has more importance than their spiritual identity and growth.
On Wednesday evenings, Revolution meets at 6:30 using activities, large group Bible time and small group discussions(gender & grade specific). During this time PreTeens dive into today's issues using the Bible, God's Word, as their instruction and answer book.
On Sunday mornings we have hands on Bible study that teaches PreTeens the foundations to maintaining a daily relationship with Christ through prayer and Bible reading.
PreTeens also can get parent permission forms to log on a safe and secure website specifically designed for PreTeens. At this website, they can vote for the weekly activity, dig into more Bible study and challenge themselves with weekly challenges. There is also a place for the PreTeens to play games and chat on the website safely with only other members of their class and the teachers (this site is monitored for safety). This website does not have links to any other website so PreTeens cannot accidentally go somewhere they shouldn't.
We are working on adding elements to this ministry such as a Pre Teen & parent mission trip.
Revolution PreTeen Ministry Kickoff
Join us on Wednesday, September 4 at 6:30pm as we kick off a new school year in our 5th & 6th grade PreTeen Ministry. We will meet in our new room upstairs.
