These are the Forms that are required when attending any Kansas-Nebraska Convention of Southern Baptist Events. A new form is required for each different event. This is a policy of the KNCSB. There is also a Webster Conference Center Challenge Course Agreement Form here that is required if you plan on using any of the Challenge Course elements during a stay at Webster.
